Forks
- Fork checked for any damage externally
- Fork functioned
- Fork stripped down and inspected
- Customer will be contacted if any damage is present and options discussed
- Fork will be rebuilt with new seals and oil where applicable (OEM will be used where possible)
- Fork functions tested
- Fork cleaned
Shocks
- Shock checked for any damage externally
- Shock functioned
- Shock depressurised, stripped down and inspected
- Customer will be contacted if any damage is present and options discussed
- Shock will be rebuilt with new seals and oil where applicable (OEM will be used where possible)
- Shock pressurised with nitrogen where applicable
- Shock functions tested
- Shock cleaned
Prior to Service

- Email info@altasuspension.co.uk to book and confirm fork/shock details
- Clean shock or forks- if not a charge will be added to the service
- If dropping off our location can be found here
- Posting the Item- Currently DON’T USE PARCEL FORCE OR ROYAL MAIL as they have a habit of disposing of shocks and forks as they classify them as pressurised equipment. Ideally use a tracked insured service.
